Do you have a store location?

No, the Zven is currently an online store only.Be on the lookout for a storefront location in the near future!

 

How fast will my order ship?

We currently only ship within the United States, but don't worry, international shipping is coming, soon!

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-7 business days to receive your order by mail. Please note that shipping may vary by location.

 

What's your return policy?

Hopefully you love everything you purchase, but if something doesn't work out, we're here to help!

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To start a return, you can contact us at thezven7@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item is received defective or you received an incorrect item. When mailing a return, please be sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. For returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us will need to file a claim with the carrier you utilized for sending back your return. Please also be sure that you have a tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for items that are not received and cannot be verified as delivered to us due to there being no return tracking information.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end such as a defective item or an incorrect item was sent to you.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes swimwear, face masks, and jewelry. These items are considered Final Sale items. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges 
We are unable to provide exchanges or hold due to limited inventory. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and  make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take 2-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
